Autómata UNITECH T012-FX5U stretch film áttekercselő papírcsévére, előnyújtó funkcióval. Az automatikus stretch fólia áttekercselő T012 modell átlagos sebessége 800-1.000 m/perc; ez a sebesség a stretch fólia minőségétől és vastagságától függően maximum 1.200 m/percig felgyórsítható. Az átcsévélés folyamata az erre a célra kialakított komplett automata átcsévélő állomáson történik automata cséve behelyezését követően, az elkészült tekercs végének forróhuzalos levágásval és a kistekercses késztermék pozícionált kirakásával. Az előnyújtási arány állítható a HMI-n - érintőképernyős kijelzőn - keresztül, amely a PLC vezérléssel együttműködve a kiválasztott paraméterek alapján beállítja a berendezést, a kezelőpanelen keresztül lehetőség van az előnyújtó hengerek finombeállításra is. A maximális nyújthatóság (szakadási pont elérése, amikor a nyújtás már eléri a folyáshatárt) függ a felhasznált stretch fólia vastagságától és minőségétől! Minden motor szervós (szénkefe mentes), szabályzása „alaplapi kártyákkal” valósul meg „BUSnet” kapcsolaton keresztül. Ez a rendszer a pályafeszítő lengőtároló karral egy csoportban elhelyezve lehetőséget biztosít a motorok maximális szabályzására, valamint a megfelelő nyújtási arány kiválasztására. A HMI (érintő képernyő) és minden szabályzó berendezés (mint pl. a nyomásszabályzás) a gép könnyen hozzáférhető részére telepített, ezáltal biztosítva a könnyű és azonnal beállításokat.

  • Előnyújtó rendszer állítható 0-tól 500%-ig PLC szabályzással. Előnyújtás százalékos beállítása alapján a két hajtott gumihengeren keresztül (átmérő 160 mm) történik, amely elektromos vezérlőkártyával van összekapcsolva
  • Az áttekercselési folyamat hajtott hengeren keresztül történik, amelynek a sebessége 1200 m/percig állítható
  • Automata csévebetöltő komplett rendszer (kapacitás kb. 150 cséve)
  • Egy pár 50 és 76 mm átmérőjű csévéhez tokmány
  • Pneumatikus mozgású karok a kiinduló tekercsek behelyezéséhez, amely a berendezés hátsó oldalára telepített; a tekercs behelyezés pneumatikusan központosított két mandrel által (átmérő 76 mm)
  • A kiinduló tekercs maximális átmérője: 500 mm
  • A kiinduló tekercs maximális szélessége: 600 mm
  • Stretch film vastagsága a kiinduló tekercsnek: 8-tól 35 mikronig
  • A kész tekercsek minimális vastagsága: 6 mikronig
  • A kész tekercsek maximális átmérője: 300 mm.
  • Érintőképernyős kezelőpanel digitális kijelzéssel a szabályzáshoz:
    - Autodiagnosztikai program és vizuális hibajelzés
    - A kézi beállítások kiválasztása
    - Az áttekercselési ciklus beállítása
  • A fő kezelőkártya PLC által szabályzott, asszinkron szabályzású motorokkal vertikális elhelyezésű invertereken keresztül

Automatic rewinding machine UNITECH T012-FX5U to perform pre-stretch film rolls with paper core.
The automatic rewinder mod. T012, works at the average speed of 800-1.000 m/min; this speed may be adjusted depending on the quality and the thickness of stretch film, up to a maximum speed of 1.200 m/min. The rewinding process is made on a station complete with automatic loading of the core, cut of the stretch film and exit of the rewinded roll on a powered device positioned at the outfeed. Pre-stretch ratio can be adjusted on the HMI, then elaborated from the PLC controlling the machine, to allow a fine adjustment of the relationship between the pre-stretch rollers. The maximum elongation (till the breaking point of the elastic memory is reached) will depend on the stretch film being used. All servo motors (brushless) are controlled by “electronic cards” with linked communication through “BUS net”; this system, together with the dancing arm installed on the group, allow to have the maximum control of the motors and of the stretching tension. The HMI (touch screen) and all the control devices (such as pressure regulators) are installed on the structure of the machine for an easy and immediate use.

  • Pre-stretch system adjustable from 0 to 500% controlled by PLC.
  • The rewinding process is done in contact with a powered roll with adjustable speed up to 1.200 m/min
  • The rewinding tension is adjustable with automatic compensation
  • Automatic core loader complete with core magazine (capacity 150 cores approx.)
  • Pair of mandrels with diameter 50 or 76 mm
  • Pneumatic moving arms to load feed stretch rolls, installed on the back side of the machine; the feed roll is pneumatically centered by two mandrels (diameter 76 mm)
  • Maximum diameter of the feed roll: 500 mm
  • Maximum width of the feed roll: 600 mm
  • Stretch film thickness of the feed roll: 8 up to 35 micron
  • Thickness of the rewinded roll: up to 6 micron
  • Maximum diameter of the rewinded rolls: 300 mm
  • Operating touch screen panel complete with digital display to control:
    - Autodiagnosis program and visualisation of the alarms
    - Selection of manual operation
    - Settings of the rewinding cycle
  • Main control board controlled by PLC, asynchronous motors controlled through vectorial inverters
